Every Woodland Pantry order is carefully prepared and packed by us before being sent on its way. We take care to package your treasures securely so they arrive safely and ready to enjoy.
Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 working days.
As every Mystery Scoop is prepared and packed with care, dispatch may take a little longer during particularly busy periods, launches or promotions. If there is likely to be a significant delay with your order, we’ll keep you updated.
Delivery & Tracking
Orders are sent using tracked delivery.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirming that your Woodland Pantry parcel is on its way, along with tracking information where available.
Please note that dispatch time and delivery time are separate — the 3–5 working days refers to the time we need to prepare and dispatch your order.
Postage
Postage options and costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before you place your order.
Gift Orders
Mystery Scoops make lovely gifts, and we’re happy to send your order directly to the recipient.
When placing your order, simply enter the recipient’s delivery address.
If your order is a gift, please let us know at checkout and tell us who it’s for. If you’d like us to include a little message, you can provide the message you’d like us to add along with the name of the person it’s from.
