What is a Woodland Mystery Scoop
A Woodland Mystery Scoop is a little bundle of woodland-inspired treasures chosen by chance from The Woodland Pantry.Each scoop is a surprise, with a charm representing the type of treasure you’re about to receive. Your scoop is then packed with care and sent out as a little Woodland Pantry surprise.
How do the Mystery Scoops work?
Each charm in the scoop bowl represents a different treasure category.
When your scoop is made, charms are drawn from the bowl to reveal the categories for your order. We then choose a suitable treasure from that category to add to your scoop.
That’s what makes every scoop a little different — you know the woodland category, but the exact treasure is a surprise.
What do the charms mean?
The charms represent treasure categories, rather than individual products.

Can I choose which treasure I receive?
The fun of a Mystery Scoop is the surprise!
The charm reveals your treasure category, while the exact item is chosen for you.This means every scoop is a little different.
Will every Mystery Scoop be different?
Not necessarily — but we aim to keep the experience varied and full of surprises.
The exact treasures available can change as collections and stock change, so your scoop may contain something different from one you’ve seen before.
How many treasures are in a scoop?
The number and type of treasures depend on the scoop you’ve purchased and the category or categories revealed.
The product listing will explain exactly what is included with each type of scoop.
Orders & Delivery
How long will my order take to be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 working days. Each Mystery Scoop is prepared and packed with care, so during particularly busy periods, dispatch may take a little longer.
If there is likely to be a significant delay with your order, we will keep you updated.
How much is postage?
Postage costs are calculated at checkout and will be shown before you place your order.

No. We currently ship within the UK only.

Buying for someone else? Just let us know at checkout that your order is a gift and who it’s for. If you’d like the order sent directly to them, simply enter their delivery address at checkout and we’ll take care of the rest. If you’d like us to include a little message with your gift, just let us know what you’d like it to say and who it’s from, and we’ll be happy to add it for you.
Problems With Your Order
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order if your parcel arrives damaged.
Where possible, please take clear photographs of the parcel and any visible damage before opening it, along with photographs of the damaged contents once opened.
This helps us understand what has happened and, where appropriate, raise the issue with the delivery company. As orders are sent using tracked delivery, we may also be able to use the courier’s delivery information and photographs as part of our investigation.
Please keep all packaging until we’ve had a chance to look into the issue, as the delivery company may require it as evidence.
What if there’s a problem with my order?
We’re a small business and want you to be happy with your Woodland Pantry experience.
